Cautions of installing
1, During the moving and project, the PP-R pipes should be protected well in case of mechanical damage by improper external force, because that the PPR pipes have lower hardness and rigidity then metal pipes.
2,PP-R pipes have a certain brittleness at the 5 ℃ or lower temperature. If installing in winter, the operators should be careful to protect the PPR pipes and cut the PPR pipes slowly by sharp knife. The installed pipes system must not be heavy pressed and knocked. They should also be covered if necessary.
3, PPR pipes exposure to ultraviolet radiation aging degradation long-term, installed in the outdoor or direct sunlight place must bind up dark protective layer.
4, PPR pipe in addition to metal or water with a screw thread insert for the connection or flange mechanical connection way, the rest shall be connected by hot melt, unifying the pipes, no leakage point.
5,The linear expansion coefficient of pp-r pipe is bigger (0.15 mm/m ℃), the Ming or straight compress undercut when loading must adopt measures to prevent pipe expansion deformation technology.
6,Pipe installed in the sealing tube (buried) and adornment layer must be test before (not straight successfully apply). Cold water pipe pressure test pressure for the system working pressure of 1.5 times, but shall not be less than 1 mpa. 7,PPR pipes exposed laying or straight compress undercut, must be installed in accordance with the provisions, hanger.
8,Cooling to the prescribed time, complete the connection.
